Director of Health Outcomes

Director of Health Outcomes Healthcare Network is an international executive search firm in the life sciences arena. We are currently seeking Health Outcomes experts in the therapeutic areas of Oncology and Respiratory for a major pharmaceutical company, late stage development phase IV and beyond. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to function as an independent leader. A strategic mindset, strong data analytics and strong communication skills are required for these positions. Minimum Requirements: Qualified candidates will possess the following training and experience. ? MPH, PharmD, PhD MD or equivalent education/experience in related Health Outcomes (HO) discipline ? Demonstrable knowledge and experience of applying reimbursement and market access issues to product development ? Specialized knowledge and tactical application of HO methods, research and information at the therapy/product level including (any or all of the following): Heath Economics / Economic Evaluation Patient Reported Outcomes Health Technology Assessment Health Service Research ? Excellent Project Management ? Financial and budgetary management ? Profound understanding of Pharmaceutical Development and Commercialization ? One or more years of HO experience in a relevant industry, commercial, consulting, health service, policy and/or academic environment; United States (US) market Preferred Qualifications 4 - 7 years HO experience preferred Experience in the area of oncology and/or respiratory disease preferred Experience in US or European Markets
